Attendees at SMPSVA’s New Century Affiliate May 13th luncheon program questioned Executive Directors Beth Doughty and Aric Bopp about upcoming economic development initiatives in the Roanoke and New River Valleys. Timely issues included the Roanoke Partnership’s fast-track campaign to revamp its marketing programs, the status of an intermodal facility in Elliston, and efforts to attract and retain young professionals in the valleys.
