SMPS Virginia Chapter has a lending library of DVDs and books any member can borrow. Cost is $10 to cover postage and “handling,” and includes postage-paid return envelope. Items can be checked out for up to 30 days. Items kept beyond return date may be billed an additional $10. Lost or un-returned items after 60 days will be billed for full replacement cost.
